登録承認事項

Registrants register as SUPER GIRL (hereinafter referred to as “SG”) for women.
The registrant registers as SUPPORTER II (hereinafter referred to as “SP”) for males. The content of registration approval is based on SG.
The organization name is called SUPER GIRLS ORG. (Hereinafter referred to as “SGO”).
Registration is done on the SGO management information site (hereinafter referred to as “iBOX”).
The SGO headquarters is a division of the administrator DAO Holdings.

Article 1 (Conditions)
You are free to join or leave SGO.
SGO has no admission fee or membership fee.
In SGO, there is no quota and SG has no vertical relationship.
In order to receive incentives that are performance fees, it is necessary to be an SG.

Article 2 (consignment work)
The scope of work shall be as set forth in the following items.
(1) SG conducts publicity and sales activities based on business information such as technical information, product information, and culture information introduced in iBOX.
(2) Other work related to or incidental to the work specified in the preceding item (including prior meetings)

Article 3 (Success fee)
If sales are established through SG's public relations / sales activities, SGO Headquarters will pay SG with the incentive published on iBOX as a royalty. * In the case of SP, it cannot be received directly, so SG will be received as a window (window fee 10%).
2. At this point, SGO headquarters collects a 20% fee and pays SG.
3. SGO headquarters shall pay to SG within 30 days after receipt of sales.
4). Payout period will be shortened as much as possible to maintain SG's motivation.

Article 4 (Copyright of Contents)
The copyright for the video production of SG content is a common property of SG and SGO headquarters. However, the handling of SG will be limited to the range that does not hinder the business of the SGO headquarters.

Article 5 (Transfer prohibited)
SG may not assign, collateralize, or transfer all or part of SG's rights or obligations to a third party without obtaining prior approval from SGO Headquarters.

Article 6 (Damage Compensation)
SG and SGO headquarters shall compensate for any damages caused to the other party due to reasons attributable to their respective responsibility during the performance of consignment work.

Article 7 (Credit)
SG shall not perform any acts that damage or may damage SGO's credibility when performing consignment work.

Article 8 (Confidentiality)
SG will not use SGO's confidential information (including matters related to SGO's business plans and new business ideas, etc.) disclosed or obtained from SGO without the prior consent of SGO. For this reason we shall not use it.

Article 9 (Validity Period)
The validity period of this approval item is one year from the registration date. However, if you do not apply for withdrawal or cancellation before the validity period, it will be automatically extended for one year.
2. Even if this approval is terminated due to withdrawal, cancellation, or any other reason, Article 4, Article 6, Article 7, Article 8, Article 9, Paragraph 2 will still be valid.

Article 10 (excluding)
If SG violates this approval matter and issues a notification for a period of 15 days, if the violation state is not corrected within the same period, SGO headquarters will immediately approve this without any procedures such as notification. You can cancel the matter and unsubscribe.

Article 11 (Cooperation)
If any doubt arises in this approval item, it shall be resolved after consultation.
